Feeding Therapist (PT, OT, SLP)

Northwest Center is looking for a Feeding Therapist to join our Early Supports Team!

As a Pediatric Feeding Therapist (PT, OT, SLP) you will provide evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services to children, birth to three years old, who have feeding difficulties, delays, or disorders in adaptive, cognitive, communication, motor development, or social-emotional development.

Location: South Park / Fremont

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time with a flexible schedule

Wage: $31 - 46 per hour DOE + $1,500 hiring bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, designing and implementing therapy within a natural environment to meet agreed on ESIT goals Arranging and completing assessments, evaluations, summary reports, and data management to meet program requirements Collaborating with the family and team to implement therapy and connecting with outside support services as needed Providing consultation and training to support feeding to staff and families Other job-related duties as assigned


Master’s degree or equivalent Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist in the State of Washington Two or more years of experience working in pediatrics or fieldwork that includes a pediatric affiliation Early Supports or working a caseload including clients aged birth to three experience with feeding difficulties Knowledge of feeding and child development for children 0-5 years Two years’ experience working in pediatric feeding with children at least 12-months and older Commitment to providing equitable services to families who are linguistically and racially diverse Ability to work cooperatively with staff, families, and community partners Candidates with experience providing services with non-English speaking families, and/or infant mental health desired Interest or experience working with children who are tube-fed and/or weaning from a feeding tube preferred
