Our upscale SNF is an industry leading facility with a supportive family environment. Each facility has large state of the art equipped rehab gyms with ADL suites. Our compassionate rehab teams are led by a Director of Rehabilitation. Rehabilitation Techs are utilized to assist our therapists with transport and administrative functions. Our Regional Director of Rehab and Regional Staffing Coordinator, help support the rehab department with operations, clinical services, mentorship, development and compliance. Each rehab department utilizes computerized billing and documentation to assist therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist.
