This client is in need of an experienced home health OT who can manage their time and their paperwork while building and maintaining a caseload of 25-30 patients during a 36-40 hour work-week. 

Compensation includes:

• A generous hourly rate
• Mileage at the approved IRS reimbursement
• 3 weeks accrued PTO
• GPS
• United Health Care insurance (80/20 PPO)
• Company matching 401(k)

***Anyone starting work in November in a fulltime contract (36+ hours) will receive an additional week of PTO

***Anyone starting work in December in a fulltime contract (36+ hours) will receive a 13 inch Mac Book

***Anyone starting work in January in a fulltime contract (36+ hours) will receive a $1000.00 bonus
