1.  Must have graduated from an accredited school and current licensure 
     in the state as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
2.  Must have current CPR certification
3.  Evaluates patients for areas of dysfunction 
4.  Provide skilled services in accordance with physician orders.
5.  Implements programs to enhance/increase the patient’s level of functional 
     independence through use of appropriate functional activities.
6.  Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team 
     goals for each patient.
