Our small private practice provides OT & PT rehab in a clinic, Assisted Living Facilities and home settings.  We employ creative, patient-focussed therapists that use multiple, traditional therapeutic techniques combined with untraditional methods, such as community outings, games and day-to-day activities done in homes to produce exceptional outcomes.
